RESPONSABILITY AND COMPLAINT

New Cargojet is responsible at the same conditions and regulations stated by airlines and/or shipping lines related to the contract written on the rear of the airway bills and/or bill of lading and based on italian law #450. In case of dispute will be in charge the court of Milan (Italy)
